oh you mean like i updated the shop that is easy.
look first you have to search for the sprite you want and then open it and then right click on the mouse and choose COPY IMAGE LOCATION and then edit your first post in your shop, then there are icons under the topic title click the one that looks like a picture with a tree on it ONLY a tree and then right click on the mouse and PASTE and hit OK and you got it

well actually this might help as well
you have the sprite lets say... on your desktop you open imageshack and put it inside than copy link and voila
